Ask ten people what the definition of fitness is to them and you’ll get ten different answers.
To some, it means being skinny or fitting into those old jeans they haven’t been able to fit into for the last 5 years. While to others it means being able to lift “X” amount of weight on certain lifts or maybe it’s someone who can run a marathon or even a Ironman Triathlon.
To me, it simply means being able to do it all. True fitness means you can run for an hour, ride your bike 50-100 miles, kayak, hike and climb all while doing big lifts in the gym, 20 + Body weight pull-ups and everything else that someone throws at you.
Think about it, if you can’t do all the above then you are single dimensional and aren’t truly fit.
So the next time you workout, try doing something different that forces you to go outside your comfort zone and not only will you kick up your metabolism, but you will be one step closer to being a complete athlete who is truly fit!
In Strength,
Terry

Amen brother! On your March 19th comment! I thought this was my own psycosis that had to be kept hidden from the mortals. They hate it when people think like that. I love it!
