Moving forward

  • Yep, they said this…

After training and competing in triathlons on my own for a few years I decided to get help from Terry. For the last four months Terry has given me his guidance in swimming, biking, running, strength training, hydration, and nutrition. Training with Terry has allowed me to get the most out of every training session. Since I started training with Terry I have set a PR in a sprint triathlon, 10K run, 1/2 marathon and completed my first marathon. This year I am looking forward to setting a PR in the 1/2 Ironman and competing in my first full Ironman. Terry has been instrumental in not just getting me ready to compete physically and mentally but also working with me through recovery and preparing me for the next goal. — J. Ray, LA.
