Sport Specific Training

Strength and Endurance Performance Institute’s (SEPI) Scholastic Programs utilize the most up to date and proven training methodologies to optimize an athlete’s performance. All performance coaches are nationally certified and are the only trainers in the area that have trained under the world renowned Athletes’ Performance Institute (www.athletesperformance.com) in Tempe, AZ. So, whether you’re looking to secure a scholarship, or improve on your basic skills of becoming faster, stronger, more agile and explosive, we can provide you with the tools and knowledge to do so.

Individual Scholastic Programs:

Strength and Endurance Performance Institute trains athletes in a variety of sports including, but not limited to: football, soccer, tennis, basketball, soccer, softball, wrestling, and motocross.

SEPI coaches know what it takes to bring your game to the next level. SEPI’s programs are specifically designed to help each athlete reach and exceed his or her potential.

Programs include, but are not limited to the following:
• Functional Movement Screenings
• Speed and Agility Training
• Sport Specific Training
• IMETT Training (Metabolic / Cardiovascular Testing)
• Strength Training
• Nutritional guidance

Team Training:

Strength and Endurance Performance Institute’s Team Training programs are designed for an entire team and are specific to their sport. All training is performed at one of SEPI’s locations unless teams facility is adaptable to the SEPI philosophy.
