Class Fees & Schedule
AS WITH ALL STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE PROGRAMS, EACH CLASS HAS A SPECIFIC GOAL AND PURPOSE.
SEPI TRAINING FEES
Bootcamp Sessions – Clients pay for 3 x’s a week (M,W,F) = $125 per month ($10.41 per day) for 3 mos. = $375 or $340 for 3 mos. if paid in cash up front. One time registration fee = $75 ** All clients must attend a one time class that will cover SEPI terminology, 9 foundational movements and a nutrition class.
SEPI Semi-Private Group Sessions – 3-5 clients per session can also be scheduled for $150 per hour ($30-$50 per client). These classes are best for Runners or Triathlete buddies or maybe even stay at home moms. All classes are structured to meet the groups specific goals. I.e., runners, cyclists need to be strong but don’t want to get any bigger (power to weight ratio is key for endurance athletes) and some just want to lose weight and increase their quality of life.

SEPI Mobile – Can’t get to SEPI due to time restraints in your schedule? No problem, let Terry come to you and help you achieve your goals at your time and location. Pricing – Same as individual pricing + 20% per session.

Sport Performance Training: M – W – F @ 3 pm * Sessions last 1 hour
