    Working with Terry my junior and senior year really helped me a lot on the football field. I am now playing football for the University of Louisiana at Monroe with the help of Strength and Endurance. Working out and training at SEPI helped me tremendously with my core strength which in turn helped me with my speed, agility, explosiveness, and most importantly injury prevention. My senior year in high school, I did not have an injury during the football season thanks to SEPI. Working out with Terry was really helpful for me because of the motivation and knowledge I got from him and his staff.
